About this notice

Integrated Health Research LLC (IHR) uses this website and its patient app to provide information and receive contact requests. This notice explains those digital services. It also explains the professional information published on our website.

Our public forms are for adults aged 18 or older. For a minor, a parent or guardian should contact the team directly. Please tell us if a child has submitted personal information so we can review the situation.

Share contact information only. Do not send diagnoses, medical records, test results, Social Security numbers, insurance details or other sensitive information through public forms, the automated chat or general email.

Information and its use

  • Interest, call and appointment requests: name, phone or email, language, contact preferences, optional ZIP code and requested appointment details. We use these to review the inquiry, arrange a response and manage follow-up.
  • Sponsors, CROs and referring professionals: business contact details, organization, inquiry content, proposed study requirements, visit requests and any PDF you choose to attach. We use these to discuss feasibility and business requests. Agree on a suitable channel before sending confidential protocols or patient information.
  • Website feedback: the role, device category, ratings and comments you choose to submit help us improve the website. Do not include personal or medical details in comments.
  • App alerts: if you opt in, we store a notification subscription for your browser/device, language, consent and delivery information so we can send general study alerts.
  • Website statistics: page visits, a random tab-session identifier, approximate location supplied by the hosting provider, device category, general traffic source and phone/email link clicks help us understand website use. Analytics records exclude form and chat content and are not linked to contact requests. If statistics are enabled, a general traffic-source category may also be saved with a submitted request.

The automated chat selects informational answers in your browser. It is not a live conversation with our team and does not send your chat text to the office.

Storage, services and access

Website inquiries, attachments and recovery copies are stored with our website hosting and storage services. The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Access to the private administration area is restricted to the authorized site administrator.

Hosting and security services process technical connection information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Our abuse-prevention controls process IP-derived technical identifiers separately from analytics. Our analytics records do not store raw IP addresses or precise location.

Optional app alerts pass through the browser/device notification provider. An alert can appear on a lock screen; use care on shared devices. Opening external links, including maps, social networks, publishers or sponsor websites, takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

Submission of a website contact request does not automatically enroll you in a study or send your request to a sponsor. Study-specific disclosures are explained through the applicable study and privacy documents. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet an applicable legal obligation.

Preferences and your requests

Contact preferences

You may ask to access or correct your website information, request deletion, or withdraw permission for future research-opportunity contact. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Do not email identity documents or medical records unless the team has arranged an appropriate channel.

Browser storage and statistics

The site uses browser storage to remember language, appearance and statistics preferences. Tab storage supports visit measurement and general traffic-source attribution. The app also uses local storage for notification settings and device authorization, and caches its offline notice and icons.

Use the statistics control below to stop future optional measurements in this browser. Our statistics also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. The choice applies to this browser/device; clearing browser storage may reset it. Turning off statistics does not remove an existing inquiry or earlier records.

Notifications

In the app, open Alerts and choose Turn off notifications while online. You can also block notifications in device or browser settings. Blocking delivery in settings may leave a subscription record at IHR; contact us if you also need help removing that record.

Retention and deletion

  • Website inquiries: closed requests are reviewed for removal after 180 days. This is a review period, not automatic deletion on day 180.
  • Statistics: reports cover up to 90 days. Older visit and contact-click events are removed when the relevant administrator report is opened.
  • Notification subscriptions: turning off alerts in the app requests removal of the subscription. Expired subscriptions are also removed when identified during delivery; subscriptions older than 180 days since their last update are removed during a study-alert sending run.
  • Recovery copies and technical records: saved backups can retain earlier versions of inquiries and attachments. Deleting an active request does not automatically erase all recovery copies. Please identify the scope of a deletion request so the team can review these copies and any applicable retention obligations.

Clinical study records follow their own regulatory, study and contractual requirements. Withdrawal of contact permission or a website deletion request does not necessarily permit deletion of research records that must be retained.

Privacy in clinical research

Permission to contact you through this website has a different purpose from informed consent to participate in research or a HIPAA authorization. Before study participation, the team explains the documents, uses of information, recipients and rights applicable to that study.

Ask the study team for the appropriate channel before sharing health information. For questions about an existing study or participant rights, use the investigator and IRB contacts in your study documents. Where HIPAA applies, you may also contact the HHS Office for Civil Rights about a privacy concern.

Professional profiles and documents

Our team pages display professional biographies, photographs, credentials and selected downloadable CVs or training documents. Material linked from a public page is available to visitors and may be indexed or copied by search engines and others.

Professionals may contact IHR to request review, correction or removal of information published about them. Removal from our site does not automatically remove copies previously downloaded or held by third parties. Documents provided through controlled sponsor access are handled separately from public downloads.
