Not receiving notifications?
- On iPhone: open Settings → Notifications → IHR → Allow Notifications. Use iOS 16.4 or later and open IHR from its home-screen icon.
- On Android: allow notifications for IHR or Chrome in phone settings and in Chrome’s site settings.
- Check your internet connection and Do Not Disturb or Focus settings. Then send a test notification.

Three easy steps
- In Safari, tap Share . Look inside the page menu if needed.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Keep Open as Web App on, if shown. Tap Add. Then open the IHR icon.
- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap Install IHR above. If it is not available, open Chrome’s ⋮ menu → Add to home screen → Install.
- Confirm and open the IHR icon on your phone.
- Open this link on your phone in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
- On a computer, use Install IHR when available, or keep using the app here.
Can’t find the option?
Open this link in Safari or Chrome, outside WhatsApp or Instagram. In Safari, Add to Home Screen may be under Edit Actions in the Share menu.

Any participant compensation and reimbursement will be explained in the information and consent for the specific study. Amounts and payment schedules depend on that study. We currently do not offer payments for referrals.

No medical records or appointment history are stored offline. Notification subscriptions are stored privately and sent through your browser’s push provider. General alerts may appear on a lock screen; turn them off on a shared device.
