Standards & Compliance

Our Story
Integrated Health Research was founded in Hialeah with a simple belief: rigorous science should live where people actually are. Rooted in a community built by immigrants and small businesses, we set out to make clinical research accessible, respectful, and truly bilingual.
Our purpose is personal. In the post-COVID years, our founder’s family faced a multiple sclerosis diagnosis and saw firsthand how well-run research can change the course of chronic, neurodegenerative conditions. That experience reshaped our goals: not just to work hard, but to work with meaning—bringing studies closer to the people who need them and representing Hialeah in the data that guides tomorrow’s therapies.
Starting from a patient-care setting, we evolved into a dedicated research site—formalizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP), implementing HIPAA-compliant digital workflows (eConsent/eSource), and operating by appointment only for a calmer, safer participant experience. With city approvals to operate a clinical research clinic in Hialeah, we now partner with physicians, sponsors, and CROs on Phase II–IV outpatient trials that prioritize safety, data quality, and dignity.
Today, our history keeps us honest: community first, science without shortcuts, and a commitment to improve lives in Hialeah—one carefully run study at a time.
